| Why would I want to work with a buddy?
Studies have shown that those who have a buddy when they workout are more likely to succeed. This could be a neighbor, a sister, a daughter, a friend or a spouse. It all works. I am still fully able to give you a good workout when your are in pairs. You will receive a little less personal attention, so that package is less expensive per person. Of course, that may be another reason that you may want to choose that option as well.

| What is One On One Training?
Each session will start with 5 minutes of foam rolling and a 5 minute warm up. You will then have 20-45 minutes good targeted strength training followed up with a minimum 5 minute cardio cool down. The exact balance of cardio and strength training is determined by each clients needs, abilities and goals.
Corrective exercise training will be included as necessary.
Meal plans will be provided as needed. If it is determined that you need a nutritional overhaul, it will expected that you will give lots of feedback on these so that we can get one that will work for you and your lifestyle. It is expected that you will submit at least one healthy recipe each week to be included in your next week’s plan.
It will also be expected that you will keep a food and exercise log.
For packages 8 sessions and longer, you will receive a nice spiral bound fitness log and 3 ring training plan binder to help you stay on track with your goals.
For packages 16 sessions or longer, a year subscription to Fitness Magazine and Cooking Light Magazine will be included.
Whichever package you choose, a thorough fitness assessment will be included. This process will be repeated every 4 weeks. In order for me to help you with your goals and provide a safe workout for you, I will not train anyone, even for one session, without an assessment.

Please leave jewelry at home. Bring your fitness log to all sessions! Don't forget to bring your positive workout attitude!

| What if I have to miss a session?
It is an industry standard policy that if you miss a session without at least 24 hours notice, you will forfeit the session. I adhere to this policy with very little deviation. This not only for the benefit of respecting me and my time, but also for your benefit as well. I have found that being committed to a regular exercise schedule without fail is in your best interest. You will get more of you money's worth out of the sessions if you do not miss. If, however, you find that there is no possible way you can make it to your session and you give me at least 24 hours notice, that session will be rescheduled at another time during the month.

| Why should I commit to 36 sessions
Results. Results. Results. Over 36 sessions done at least twice a week, you should see some good, measurable results. It takes that long to form a good solid exercise habit. If you can commit to work that long, you are really ready to make changes. It is also the most cost effective way to get training.
