This plan is great for those who already know what healthy food looks like and already have a good collection of healthy food options and recipes, but you just need help putting it into a plan with the appropriate calories, fat, and nutrition.

INTERMEDIATE
This plan is good for the emerging nutritionist. You are learning how to put your diet together, but still need a lot of help getting organized and establishing your repertoire of healthy menus
-weekly menu plans based on an in depth questionnaire
-required to submit at least one healthy recipe each week
-weekly diet log nutritional analysis
-rating of previous weeks recipes
Cost: 1st week = $25, each week thereafter = $17
Included for FREE in the One One One Personal Training Packages
When combined with Guided Independent Training, the cost is the cost of the training $5 more per week for the nutrition
ADVANCED
This plan is great for the beginner who needs someone to keep tabs on them a little more.
-weekly menu plans based on an in depth questionnaire
-required to submit at least one healthy recipe each week
-weekly diet log nutritional analysis
-rating of previous weeks recipes
-scheduled 15 minute phone consultation each week to help keep you on track
Cost: 1st week = $25, each week thereafter = $25
