Not everyone's schedule or finances will permit the one on one training. Sometimes a person doesn't need that much individual help. That is why I have designed the Guided Independent Training packages. These are workouts that are sent to you for you to do whenever you want rather than on my schedule. You will have email support. I will guarantee a minimum of the listed numbers of email correspondence a week. There could be more, but I won't guarantee it. I will expect to receive an email from you detailing your fitness and nutrition for the past couple of days, any questions you might have and any adjustments that you need made to your training plan for the following week. I will review your logs and answer your questions and make suggestions. This plan is for those people who have the motivation to get moving on their own, but need guidance and to be held accountable to their goals. You will receive a one on one training session every 4 weeks to assess how you have been doing and do some individual teaching.
This is an ideal plan for busy people who cannot fit onto my schedule, cannot afford the one on one training, or just don't need that much help.
